Technical Superintendent Basics Is an introductory and very practical course designed mainly to understand the role of a Technical Shipping Superintendent and the tools and skills he/ she needs to use in their daily work. Duration: 2 days X 3 hours (Friday & Saturday @8.30pm Mexico time) This course is designed and taught by Rajat Verma who made an early jump from Ship to shore and has worked as Technical Superintendent, Fleet Manager and a Technical Director and has interviewed hundreds of ship's engineers for the position of Technical Superintendent. Rajat designed this course as he noticed that most of the Ship engineers he interviewed lacked the understanding of a Superintendent's role and despite having the Technical knowledge, failed the interview.
